A short profile of Heike Mayer

Heike has been running a surgery for foot reflexology since 1990 and in 2001she successfully completed her training to become a non-medical practitioner. Her previous professional experience as a nurse in surgical and geriatric wards was a great asset in achieving this. This means that she can look back on over 30 years’ experience both in orthodox medicine  and in naturopathy. For many years she has voluntarily looked after sportsmen and –women from almost all kinds of sport, both those who do sport as a hobby and professionals. Through this work she came to specialize in disorders of the musculoskeletal system, the treatment of acute injuries and their after-care.
